Founded in 1988, Independent Capital Management, Inc. was formed with the philosophy of providing independent financial advice to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the country. This unique combination of independent professional advice with a personal touch, is what we call “Real Advice from Real People.”

Our Company

Meet Our CEO

Drew S. Marloe, ICM’s Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, has been active in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he earned his undergraduate degrees in both Finance and Investments from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he also completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing. Mr. Marloe founded Independent Capital Management, Inc. in 1988 after working with several proprietary Wall Street-based firms and has opened and managed Branch offices in Massachusetts, Phoenix and Tucson.

Business Models

ICM offers two distinct career paths in our employee model. The first is a our Advisor Career Path which exists for employees who have a goal of building their book of business while continuing to advance their career. The second path is our Management Career Path which was developed as a leadership and career advancement program for our advisors. Once our Management Trainees have obtained the required licenses and met the qualifications, they have the opportunity to be part of our Senior Management team.
